Customizing

We offer customization of any of our tanks. Our Tanks can be offered with a Pressurized Fill Cap, Tube Style Sight Glass, or different fittings to meet your application. Please contact us (email or phone) to customize your tank.

This tank combines our 1988-1998 GMT400 Coolant Reservoir/Breather Fiter Combo Tank with an additional intercooler coolant tank. 

Intercooler tank holds approx. 1.85 US Gallons when completely full. 

Reservoirs will come standard with 6AN fitting for radiator overflow connection. Intercooler tank is customizable for the specific fitting size needed for your application. Please send us an email or call us to specify the fitting sizes needed on the Breather Filter and Intercooler Tank.

  • Laser Cut .125" 5052 Aluminum
  • Includes (2) M8-1.25 stainless steel bolts and washers for mounting
  • 1.6 Bar Pressure Cap on Intercooler Tank - can be offered with non-pressure cap if needed.

  • Direct bolt on construction with mounting tab to lock into firewall - No Modification Required
  • Kloc Fabrication crankcase breather filter tank
  • Inner Fender mounting bracket - will bolt through (2) holes for heater core hose mount
  • Kloc Fabrication vented fill cap X 2
  • Stainless steel mounting hardware
  • Stainless Drain Valve on crankcase breather tank and intercooler tank
  • Baffled return (upper) port inside of intercooler tank

This tank is designed to fit with or without passenger side battery tray & battery. OEM Air Filter housing and intake tube will not fit.
