Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom built products or built-to-order products are not eligible for returns. Returns apply only to standard in-stock and not built-to-order products.

If your return is warranted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Customer responsible for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Warranty
All Kloc Fabrication brand products have a lifetime warranty. If your product has failed due to material or manufacture defects under normal installation and operation, we'll repair or replace your product or do whatever we can to make the situation right. Failures or defects due to improper use/incorrect installation will not be covered.
Products from other brands and distributors sold on our website will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty policies only.
Transmission line kits, including AN swivel fittings but excluding manifold style AN fitting adapters will be covered by a 1-year warranty.
All Bargain Bin items are as-is and are not covered by standard warranty. If you have an issue with a Bargain Bin item, please contact us and we will do what we can to remedy the situation.
Prior to submitting a product for warranty, please contact us at spencer@klocfabrication.com. We will provide instructions on where to ship your item for warranty.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), previously used or installed products, or products that were damaged at any time other than upon arrival. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
