Order Processing and Shipment

A little about us: 

We are a small family owned and operated business, with a very limited crew. All orders are built, fabricated, processed, and shipped in house. Though we strive for as quick of turnaround time as we can, we are not Amazon Prime. We do have some items in stock, on the shelf and ready to ship, but most of our products are custom built or built to order. Recently, we have been growing and expanding rapidly and are receiving significant order volume. Please note that when you place an order, it may be a few days before we can get it shipped out. We try to make note on every product page the expected lead time for shipment. 

We try to have our in-stock items shipped out within 1 business day of ordering. However, even our in-stock items may take 3-4 business days before we can get them shipped out if we are backed up - please see the "Shipping" dropdown on each product page. 

You may receive shipment confirmation a few days before your order actually ships. This is because we have created the shipping label, packing slip, and are preparing the order for packaging and shipment. 

We have only 1-2 individuals that package every order that is received. If you've ordered from us in the past, you know how much care and consideration goes into packaging our orders for shipment, which takes time. We work through each order chronologically as they come in. 

Custom orders or orders that involve an outsourced service (such as polishing or powder coating of our reservoirs) will have additional lead time. All of our outsourced services are performed by experts who take tremendous pride in their craft, but they can also get backed up. Our polisher, who does tremendous work, can range anywhere from 1-2 days lead time up to 2-3 weeks lead time. We do our best to communicate with the service provider and customer to keep expectations clear. 

We are open Monday-Friday and are closed on Weekends. 

We strive for excellent customer service, however, please note that bombarding us with emails or phone calls about your order typically will not expedite the process. Most of our products are hand-crafted and take time, especially when an outsourced service is involved. 

We promise that if you remain patient with us as we work on your order, you will be 100% satisfied with the product that you receive.
