- Natural reservoirs are aluminum in an unfinished state. They may have minor scratches and tooling marks. Weld etch lines will be visible.
- Polished reservoirs will be polished on all outward facing panels. This is a mirror polish. Fill caps are also polished. Firewall side (back) is unpolished.
- Seconds are fully functional reservoirs that:
- May have minor inconsistencies in appearance of welds
- Have heavier scratches or tooling marks than Natural reservoirs
- Have other minor visual imperfections

Revisions
Revisions
As of 7/1/24, all Natural reservoirs that are not "Seconds" will no longer include the perimeter ring around the fill cap. Modifications have been made in the fill cap bung to eliminate the need for the reinforcement ring (as shown in earlier photos). Main product photos reflect new revision.
As of 10/1/25, all reservoirs will be fabricated from .125" 5052 aluminum over the previous .100" 5052.
