1988-1994 GMT400 Washer Fluid Reservoir (Natural Aluminum)

This is one of our 1988-1994 GMT400 Washer Fluid Reservoirs. 

This tank is beautiful and welded up flawlessly, except for one extremely minor imperfection. Occasionally, the aluminum we work with will have debris inclusions embedded into the material, typically from the aluminum manufacturing plant. These inclusions will expose themselves when welded over. 

On the top front weld, there is an extremely minor debris inclusion. It looks like a little black line of sand. This tank has been pressure tested and it does not leak, but because of this debris inclusion it belongs here in our bargain bin. 

This most likely could be powdercoated and it would never be noticeable or run it as-is and it is still hardly noticeable. See photos of imperfections. 

This tank includes a new AC Delco pump, stainless mounting hardware, and our Kloc Fabrication vented fill cap.
