Based off of our Flagship GMT400 Aluminum Coolant Reservoir (Unpressurized), this low-profile reservoir has been slimmed down and can be used in alternative applications such as with Slosh Tubz fenders or other low-clearance options on lowered trucks.

Finish Notes

  • Natural reservoirs are aluminum in an unfinished state. They may have minor scratches and tooling marks. Weld etch lines will be visible.
  • Polished reservoirs will be polished on all outward facing panels. This is a mirror polish. Fill caps are also polished. Firewall side (back) is unpolished.
  • Seconds are fully functional reservoirs that:
  1. May have inconsistencies in appearance of welds (Perfect for those who want to grind/sand off the welds).
  2. Have heavier scratches or tooling marks than Natural reservoirs
  3. Have other minor visual imperfections

  • Includes (1) -6AN 90 degree swivel pushlock fitting for radiator connection

Revisions

As of 5/1/25, all "New" Low Profile Reservoirs will come equipped with one -6AN fitting in place of the original 3/8" NPT fittings for the radiator hookup. The upper 3/8" NPT overflow fitting has been eliminated and replaced with a vented cap.

As of 10/1/25, all reservoirs will be fabricated from .125" 5052 aluminum over the previous .100" 5052.

Low Profile

Looking for an alternative to that old cracked and faded plastic reservoir, but limited on space due to inner fender configuration? Our Low Profile Aluminum Reservoirs are direct bolt on in place of the factory reservoir and will fit where our standard reservoirs will not.

Features Include:

  • Stainless Steel mounting hardware
  • Knurled Aluminum vented fill cap
  • Rear mounted -6AN fitting (to radiator cap)
