1993-1998 GMT400 (C/K) 6.5L Diesel Coolant Reservoir

Hands down the best customer service of any vendor for anything I've ever bought for my truck. I bought the regular GMT400 pressurized reservoir. It sat on the shelf while I did other things on my truck. I saw that they had a 6.5TD specific tank for sale and wrote them for an exchange--they didn't give one bit of pushback. I paid the difference (very little) and it was shipped to me. The reservoir itself is beautiful but more importantly, functional. The low coolant sensor is a must have on these trucks. They even customized mine to fit my lower radiator hose without a reducer.

Recieved this product shortly after I ordered it. After searching for a coolant reservoir for a gmt400. This was the best one I found. It met and exceeded all my expectations and more. Great craftsmanship!

As anyone knows, who's looking for a replacement coolant reservoir for a GM 6.5, there's pretty much nothing available since GM discontinued the part years ago. I've searched for two years for something aftermarket, and about the only thing I could come up with was a kit put together from a reputable company that supports 6.5's with aftermarket parts and support. However, that kit is not a "perfect" factory replacement. I just so happened to stumble across this product from Kloc on a 6.5 forum a few weeks ago, and much to my surprise, I believe they're the only ones so far that have came up with a OEM style replacement. And boy did they hit a home run on this one!!! The build quality is phenomenal!! Who ever does the Tig welding on their end definitely has a gift for it. The welds are a work of art!! The reservoir came very well packaged, and the company even included a personalized thank you note on the invoice. I'm sure to some that doesn't matter. But in my opinion, it definitely speaks towards the level of professionalism from this company. If they can deliver like that on all their products, they definitely have something going for them. If your in the market for a replacement reservoir for your GM 6.5, this is the ticket. You won't find anything else of this fit and finish for the money. I do believe this tank is better then an OEM replacement would be, provided that they were still available. And a OEM tank from GM would most likely cost more then this one.

Kloc Fabrication was not a household name in my circle of friends. I contacted the company for more details and the conversation was as good as it gets. I ordered a coolant pressure tank for my 99 Suburban. Wow! What an example of “American” craftsmanship.

I have had a leak in my old reservoir since forever. Also have been searching internet for a new used reservoir nothing was available. Finally Kloc Fabrication is a life saver. Installed it today looks good works better. Thank so much. This is for my 1999 Chevy C3500 6.5 l Turbo diesel
